Описание: Triggerfish catch and cook in New Jersey! In this video, I catch my first triggerfish while wreck fishing off the Jersey coast, then cook it in a simple butter sauce.

We also found big sea bass and plenty of out-of-season tautog (blackfish). Captain Greg Cudnik of Fisherman’s Headquarters put us on the bite during a summer wreck trip targeting triggerfish. These hard-fighting fish are known for their delicious white meat, and I finally got to see what the hype was about.
