First off, sorry for the one minute video. I had to cut down on time as part of a school project.
Anyways:
Built using a heavily modified Sphinx Speech Recognition plugin for UE4.
It is somewhat practical, but not reliable. It's either not sensitive enough or too sensitive. Or it doesn't understand you.
I'll eventually port this over to Virtual Reality.
