Linhasita waxed cord, 1 mm
1. step: 2 strings of 30 cm, and 1 string of 60 cm
2. step: 12 strings of 40 cm
3. step: 60 cm string
4. step: 6 strings of 60 cm ( for triangle)
5. step: 60 cm string
The solar plexus chakra, sometimes called the navel chakra, is said in yoga to be a wheel of energy located in the abdomen above the navel. It is the third of the seven primary chakras.
