INGREDIENTS:
2 cups Basmati Rice
Chickens or beef 1kg

TO SEASON THE CHICKEN
All-purpose spice1 tbs
coriander powder ½tsp
2 bayleaf
½ tsp buillion powder
Thyme ½tsp
Onion ½ cup
Salt to taste
Water on the same Level

FOR STEW BASE
1 Large tomato
2 Carrots
1 big size beetroot
1 long sweet bell pepper
1 habenero pepper

TO MAKE THE STEW
1 cup vegetable oil
blended beetroot mix
1 Cup Onion
1 tsp all-purpose spice
Seasoning cube
All purpose spice 1 tbs
Coriander powder 1 tsb
White pepper 1 tbs
Dry paprica 1 tbs
A bit of the stock
