Описание: This 40 minutes class helps to build strength and aide weight loss. I am a Hatha Yoga Teacher who only found my yoga vocation and personal practice in my mid fifties, I teach with empathy and understanding. I move very mindfully and utilise breath and alignment to help. I started Yoga when I was obese and it helped me lose 5 stone in 10 months. I still when have my own restrictions and challenges with osteoarthritis. I try to give modifications and variations in poses, but listen to your own body. This class assumes you are in good health so please seek further guidance if you have underlying health conditions, or if you are pregnant. Namaste 🙏
