Plain yogurt or buttermilk – 80 g (⅓ cup)
Milk – 60 ml (¼ cup)
Vanilla extract – 1 tsp
Hot water + instant coffee (optional) – 60 ml (¼ cup) + ½ tsp

Warm cream – 60 ml (¼ cup)
