📝Ingredients:
3 • Potatoes
2-3 tbsp • Cornstarch
Salt to taste
1/4 cup • Diced Cheese
1 tbsp • Parsley
1 tbsp • Chilli flakes
Steps~
Boil the potatoes for 10-15 mins in salt water (they should be boiled partially)
Grate the boiled potatoes in a bowl and add all the ingredients mentioned above & form a dough
Shape the dough into a cylinder and then slice it into rounds to form cylindrical pieces.
Dip these shots in a slurry(cornstarch + Maida+ salt + water) and coat with bread crumbs
Refrigerator for 3 hours before use & then deep fry or airfry these cheesy potato shots! You can also store these shots in freezer for 2-3 days
