Описание: Jose Antonio Abellán presenta esta actuación del grupo sueco de hard-rock "Europe" en Tocata(emitida el 21/01/1987) donde presentaron "The Final Countdown" ademas de "Rock the Night". Ambos temas pertenecían a su 3er álbum, "The Final Countdown"(1986). Como bien decía Joey Tempest, en la entrevista que le hacía Silvia Abrisqueta, tuvieron que esperar hasta este disco para logar el éxito internacional. La actuación se grabaría a finales del año anterior junto con la balada "Carrie", actuación emitida en Tocata el 26/12/1986. "The Final Countdown" arrasaría en muchos países, siendo nº1 en el Reino Unido y también en España, ademas de convertirse en todo un himno de los ochenta. Aunque el single fue un éxito internacional en 1986, en España el tema comenzaría a sonar fuerte a principios de aquel 1987...

Jose Antonio Abellan introduced this performance of swedish hard rock group "Europe" in spanish show Tocata where they mimed "The Final Countdown"(nº1 in UK) and "Rock the Night". Both were included in their 3rd album, titled as their big megahit. This show was recorded at the end of 1986, with the song "Carrie"(this performance was broadcasted in the same show the 26st of December of last year). Joey Tempest was interviewed by Silvia Abrisqueta between the two songs.
