-Tests technical data:
Test A- November 2016, SUKARNE meat factory, León, Nicaragua, restoring an old power plant container, with several peeling.
Painted at 28°C, Rust Cover resisted spatula scratching 30 minutes later.

Test B. February 2016, Managua, Nicaragua, Las Mercedes Free Zone, warehouse #20.
Twin samples of galvanized tin, #26, over 30 years old, one painted with Rust Cover, passes the abrasion and adherence testing.

Test C. July 2016. Monterosa Sugar Factory, Chinandega; Nicaragua.
Total restoration of roof with two coats of Rust Cover, no primer, no acid, no sanding, it sticks to rusted metal.

Test D. September 2016. Formosa clothing facotory, Managua, Nicaragua.
Total restoration of 120.000 sq feet with 2 coats of Rust Cover, dry thickness 0,5 mm.
It sticks to rusted metal, seals leaking and reduces heat.


Rust Cover functions.
Corrosion inhibitor. It adheres to rusted metal without any scractching, sanding, nor acids or primers.
It restores metal, providing at least another 5 years lifetime.
Thermic insulator – It reflects sun radiation, reducing heat 30F on the surface exposed to direct sunlight.
Waterproofing- It seals leakiig and cracks up to 1 mm thick, holes, overlapping.
Sonic reduction. It isolates rain sounds, providing confort, specially in roofs without ceiling.
Fungus resistant. It avoids dark shadows produced by fungus.


-Rust Cover descripcion.
Paint/treatment, wáter based, elastic, with added mineral particles for sunlight refraction.
It contains corrosion inhibitors, and special adhesión to rusted metal.
Non toxic, non flammable, non explosive, non corrosive paint.
Yield: for every 5 US GL bucket: 30-40 sq mt or treated roof (around 300-400 sq ft)
Yield calculated for 3 coats of treatment, recommended thickness: 0,5 mm dry film.
