The Bath Mat Method- getting a big heavy kayak onto a big vehicle solo (for cheap!)

I’m 5’2” and my Honda Pilot is a good bit taller than me. And my sea kayak weighs 65lbs. No way I can just pick it up and set it up there. This method uses very little strength, I’m lifting less than half the weight of my boat.
I’ve been loading my boats this way since 2018, never dropped one or had a problem.
It works even better if you have saddles or J cradles because you won’t have to climb on your car like I do to adjust the boat. I’m using a kayak stacker because sometimes I need to carry 3 kayaks on my rack at a time.
