I am currently a student of Janet's at the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama in Cardiff, UK. Janet is now retired but I asked her if she had any recordings from performances during her earlier career and she eventually gave in and gave me a CD with some of her bel canto style singing from the 1970s. I really enjoy listening to these rare excerpts and thought that others would appreciate the beauty of this bel canto singing too! I asked for Janet's permission before sharing and she was more than happy for others to listen and enjoy.

The quality of the recording is not perfect (please remember it was the 70s!) but you soon forget once you get listening!
