🧘🏻 James Donegan is a NYC-based yoga teacher at Equinox and the creator of Daily Flow Yoga, where short, focused practices build strength, clarity, and sustainable momentum.
This ten-minute morning yoga practice is designed to ground, energize, and open the body through steady standing movement and breath-led flow. We begin upright, using clear arm lines and simple transitions to bring attention into the body and wake the system gradually.
Rather than rushing or forcing energy, this practice emphasizes awareness and breath to create alertness from the inside out. Standing shapes help establish stability early, supporting a calm, awake start to the day.
This is a grounded standing morning yoga flow for when you want to feel present, connected, and energized—without hype or excess effort.
