Описание: Update Post Hip labral repair surgery .Making good progress in mobility , I now longer need crutches in side but still bring them with one if I go out for safety and stability. Physio is such a big help in my increase in strength and mobility, I find its so important to have a good team of support behind me , It make such a huge impact on my healing and success . It's been a process of little moments in my everyday life. Much thanks and gratitude for all the love and support I have received and also for the donations through the go fund me page.
