Packed with versatile features typically reserved for high-end commercial gym equipment, this wall-mounted functional trainer combines a functional trainer, lat pulldown, low row, and half-rack station — all within a compact 2.5' footprint. An innovative winged-out plate storage upright provides convenient cable machine attachment storage without increasing depth, making it ideal for small home gyms. Independent dual weight stacks allow for both unilateral and bilateral training, as well as enabling two athletes to train simultaneously at different resistance levels or a single athlete to easily perform supersets without adjusting weights.
The dual selectorized weight stacks start at 260lbs each, with an upgrade option to 310lbs per stack (offering 155lbs of resistance each due to the 2:1 cable ratio). By securely mounting this cable machine directly to the wall, there's no need for mini-foot extensions, further maximizing space. The premium trolley design features plastic liners for easy, one-handed height adjustments, paired with aluminum pulleys and custom retainers to ensure a consistently smooth cable experience. An ultra-thin cable coating further enhances smoothness, while swivel pulleys for the lat pulldown extend outward, delivering a broader range of motion comparable to traditional standalone cable machines. The low-row cable is positioned slightly higher than most for improved ergonomics, whether you're seated on a bench or on the floor.
