This video shows you how to install a new TRQ strut mount on your 2003-2011 Honda Element. If your vehicle is equipped with struts as separate components, rather than a complete assembly, eventually you may need to replace the mount.

This repair was done on a 2005 Honda Element EX 2.4L Sport Utility 4-Door 4WD Automatic and the process should be similar on the following vehicles:
