Watch Baking with Bakee make this easy delicious cheesecake !
Crust
1 1/4 Cup Graham Cracker Crumbs
1/3 cup melted butter
1/4 cup sugar
In a bowl combine the graham cracker crumbs,, butter and sugar. Once combined form a crust on a 9" pie pan then refrigerate.
Filling
2 packages (8 oz each) softened
2 room temperature large eggs
2/3 cup of sugar in 2 separate 1/3 cup dishes
2 tsp vanilla - separated in 1 tsp each
dash of salt
1 cup sour cream
Beat 16oz cream cheese and the 2 eggs until combined. Then add 1/3 cup sugar, 1 teaspoon vanilla and salt. Beat for 1 more minute.
Pour into the crust.
Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
After 35 minutes take out of oven and cool for 10 minutes.
While it is cooling, combine 1 cup sour cream, 1 teaspoon vanilla and 1/3 cup of the sugar.
After the 10 minutes of cooling pour the sour cream mixture on top and put back in over for another 10 min at 350 degrees.
Once 10 minutes is up pull the cheesecake out let it cool and then refrigerate overnight and ENJOY!!
