Описание: Invitro fertilization is the most efficient treatment for unexplained subfertility. It is more acceptable if the couple have tried 3 to 4 cycles ovulation induction with intra uterine insemination or artificial insemination and they are not been successful. Or if the couple is advanced age like the woman is more than 36 or men is more than 40 or if the egg reserve is less. So in these situations IVF will be the better option for treatment, the reason being even though it is costly where it costs around 1 to 1.5 lakhs but it is quite cost effective in the sense. You get better results even with single cycle of invitro fertilization. IVF is cost effective because of its increased success rate of 45 to 60%. The other factors in the success rate of IVF including the lab conditions and improved technology which includes using a sequential media for the embryo culture and extended embryo culture and also using a micro manipulation like ICSI in cases of unexplained fertility which indirectly increases the success rate of IVF procedure.
