First off, I'll give 100% credit to Nuclear Snail Studios. As far as I know he is the first one to make this particular tool. His channel is phenomenal and I love his content! However, those instructions for "The Shredder" are complicated, time consuming and I'm not sure will hold up long term.

So, in this video I show you which saw kit to buy and how to make a much stronger, simpler and more versatile shredder in about 10 seconds.

Look on eBay or online for the "16 pc hole saw drill bit kit", make sure it's the same one I show in the video and find the lowest priced one. Then either get a wooden screwdriver handle or a piece of dowel rod and drill a hole in the center, this will be your handle. And that's it!

I've actually used this shredder on clothing, plastics and metal to create textures, rips and scrapes. And when I'm done I can break it all back down and store it and use it as a hole saw again if needed. Or I can re-configure it to make a massive shredder if I need to do a huge project, like a street sign, cooler, or a car.
