You might have heard rumblings of a micro-bakery, nay a pigmy-bakery that operates out of a man's kitchen serving up sourdough, brioche and all kinds of pastries. So exclusive you need to pre-order your goods and troop through his gaff to collect them. Of course, we had to head down there and take a look for ourselves, and what we found is just as feel-good and delicious as you might have imagined.
Beginning as a COVID project for Gerry Godley a former chef, who dreamed about creating something in the community. With Breadman Walking Godley has achieved just that and in his time running the bakery he has seen "customers become friends, and friends become customers".
