A water separator removes condensate from compressed air extremely cost-effectively. The decisive factor here is the reduction of flow resistance. The CLEARPOINT W water separator operates with an extremely low differential pressure, achieving the highest separation rates.
When compressed air is cooled in aftercoolers of compressors or refrigeration dryers, water condenses. If this water is not removed from the compressed air system in time, it can cause costly damage: Piping can corrode, pneumatic valves, cylinders and tools wear prematurely, and the performance of the compressed air system is impaired. As a result, process reliability is compromised and the cost of compressed air technology increases.
