The Multiprobe system enables to contact more than one point on the PCB simultaneously by using specific test fixture that installed on the 6Z-axis.It is possible to perform special tests by connecting the text fixture with external test tools. The APT software is able to communicate with such external test tools via CMD function which is an optional feature.

・ Support FPGA, ISP, BST, etc.
・ General operation of external test tools that meet the specifications of the Multiprobe system.
