i couldn't get any on-air switchover between abc kids and abc tv plus due to the link i found which is not from free-to-air but it's a stream from iview. those 2 said channels are on 2 different streams unlike in fta tv (in australia, at least) where there's a turn over in between channels. and in case you didn't get it, abc kids & abc tv plus are a part of 1 channel and they are time-sharing. theres no available link for fta or that isn't from iview.

during the turn over in fta, abc kids would switch directly to abc tv plus. however in iview, on abc kids's stream, it would switch to an iview loop video notice saying "sorry, this live stream is currently unavailable" after signing-off. and on abc tv plus's stream, it had the same iview loop video first followed by abc tv plus's regular programming.

the switchover of abc tv plus from iview is usually late and simply air during commercial break or sometimes miss the first program and stream an hour later from its expected sign-on, yet also iview does sometimes able to air the actual sign-on on time.

and to those who are curious, i'll break down what's after the sign-on and before the sign-off for each channels. for abc kids's sign-on (0:11), play school was the program after the "join the fun from 5am" slide. for abc kids's sign-off (0:35), tjitji lullaby was the program before the "goodnight" portion. for abc tv plus's sign-on (1:12), after the "hi it's abc tv plus" portion was "julia zemiro's home delivery" promo, "the abc of" promo, "southern ocean live" promo, "gruen" promo & finally the actual "anh's brush with fame" program. for abc tv plus's sign-off (1:43), "abc news" was the program before the "returns at 7.30pm" portion.

in fear of copyright or content match, i decided not to include the promos after abc tv plus's quote-unquote "sign-on" was shown. i should've included it but i can't guarantee and/or uncertain if abc tv's promos are copyright-free.

the testcard of abc tv plus continues to air till 3am which then switches to abc kids's testcard (2:22). i don't have any actual recording/s of the switch so i've made a simulated one. also the former's testcard has some background songs in it, most likely from a radio station, so i decided to mute a portion of it in fear of again content match.
