Aryan Khan Gets Bail Because of Juhi Chawla

Описание: After spending 25 days in jail, Aryan Khan was given bail by the Mumbai High Court. He was released from jail on saturday 30 October. However, before he was released, Shah Rukh Khan’s close friend Juhi had to go to the court. Juhi Chawla went to the court and signed a bail document for Aryan and paid Rs 1 lakh.

Whenever anyone is given bail, a person who is not a family member has to pay for the bail and sign a document taking responsibility promising that the accused won’t run away. The amount paid for the bail is like a deposit and returned once the case is closed.

Juhi Chawla did the same for Aryan Khan as she is SRK’s close friend and has known Aryan since he was a child. This is how Aryan got bail.

Shah Rukh Khan & his wife Gauri Khan went to pick him up and there was very tight security outside their Mannat bungalow and the NCB offices. There was a huge crowd of fans and media people as well.

Aryan Khan cannot leave Mumbai without informing the police and has to appear before the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) every Friday from 11 am and 2 pm, attend court hearings, and join investigations whenever required. He is not allowed to take drugs, he cannot talk with the other accused like his friend Arbaaz Merchant or Munmun Damecha. He is also not allowed to talk to the media.

If any of these conditions are violated, the court says, the NCB can request cancellation of bail.
