Hello people,
It's a recipe video after a looong time.
Well,the occasion demanded it😊 Every year I try and bake offbeat cakes,for my sister's birthday. This year too was no exception,but the Covid situation made it difficult to gather fancy ingredients. Who needs them anyway,when you can bake an easy least basic chocolate cake with a high end mirror glaze with such basic ingredients? I have baked this cake without an oven!
Yes that's right, because my oven has been damaged, and has been sent for repairs, so I made this chocolate cake in pressure cooker instead. It is a very easy process.

Here's the ingredients list:
Dry Ingredients:
Refined flour: 1. 5cups
Sugar : 1 cup( measure first and then powder)
Baking powder : 1 teaspoon
Baking Soda(Sodium Bicarb): 1/2 teaspoon
Cocoa Powder : 1/4th cup
Instant Coffee : 1 teaspoon
Salt: 1/2 teaspoon

Wet Ingredients:
Eggs: 2
Vegetable oil: 1/4cup
Vanilla essence: 1 teaspoon

White vinegar: 1 teaspoon


For the glaze:
White Chocolate
Dark Chocolate
Butter
Milk
