Part 1 of 2 where I compare EL34 and 6L6 tubes in the Mesa Triple Crown! In part 1 of the 2, I go over how single coils sound between the two setups. To make this video make sense and to remove any technique differences between performances, I decided to record my signal DI, then using a Radial Reamp box., I used the same exact performance across both sets of tubes!

Below are a few different brands of tubes that will work perfectly with this amp. Of course there is mesa, but mesa tubes are literally Groove Tube tubes. So you could go with either, JJ is another brand I enjoy.
