Our third stop brought us to Arches National Park. We stayed in Moab, a great place to use as the base location for lots of outdoor activities. I can see why this town gets busy in the summer. Also, I wouldn’t want to be out here in the summer. Arches have the Delicate Arch, the iconic picture on the Utah license plate, and the arch you see when they advertise Arches NP or the state of Utah. We didn’t go to Delicate Arch because it was too icy during winter, and it wasn’t worth the risk; because I didn’t want to take a chance with my girls. There are many other arches to hike and see. The kids had fun in the snow! Naomi spent most of her time eating fresh snow.
