2 S-Tier Exercises to Build Big Legs
Romanian Deadlifts and Bulgarian Split Squat variations are two key exercises to building big legs.
Recently I’ve been loving RDLs on the pitshark or belt squat machine. Can really get a huge range of motion as well as can load it heavy to build a strong posterior chain.
Hand supported Bulgarian split squats are a great leg builder due to the hand assistance allowing you to really overload the exercise. Can handle loads close to your back squat which will help build some big Quads.
Both exercises I like going heavy for 3-5 sets of 4-8 reps.
