4 Attempts to find a 1 RM Back Squat
*One attempt every 2 minutes, starting at 0.
*Bar starts preloaded.
*Each lift must be performed on the 0,2,4, & 6 min mark.
*Score is pounds for the heaviest attempt. Minimum of 1 pound increments.
*Multiply KG's x 2.2 = Pounds. .5 and up rounds to the nearest 1 pound increment.
I was spotting my wife and with a full open gym and class going on, I started on minute 1.
