•Carne picada 300 gr
•Pimiento rojo y verde
•Cebolla
•Dientes de ajo 4
•CONDIMENTOS: pimentón dulce, cúrcuma, jengibre, comino, colorante, cebolla seca, perejil seco, orégano, pimienta negra y sal al gusto
~Salsa bechamel:
•Harina 40 gr
•Mantequilla 35 gr
•Leche 250 ml
•Queso mozzarella para gratinar
⏰TIEMPO DE COCCIÓN:
•Con el horno ya precalentado a 250°C dirante 13 minutos pero eso ya dependiendo de cada horno
