🥄 Ingredients:
2 cups boiled choley (chickpeas)
1 cup curd (dahi)
18–20 soaked cashews
1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
2–3 green chillies
1 tsp turmeric powder
1.5 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
1 tsp coriander powder
½ tsp black pepper powder
1 tsp garam masala
Salt to taste
1 tsp jeera (cumin seeds)
2 chopped onions
2 chopped tomatoes
Crushed kasoori methi
Fresh coriander
1 tbsp oil

🍳 Quick Cooking Steps:

Boil soaked choley with whole spices until soft.

Blend curd, cashews, ginger-garlic paste, and spices into a smooth paste.

In a pan, sauté onions and tomatoes, then cook the curd-cashew paste until oil separates.

Add boiled choley, garam masala, and kasoori methi. Simmer well.

Garnish and serve hot with rice, poori, or naan.
