3080 Ti Repair - Nvidia PCB Manufacturing Defect Catastrophic Failure. MPS2886 Feedback Circuit [1]

Today I explore a technical flaw within the MPS2886B PWM controller from Monolithic Power Systems found on RTX 30 series cards assembled by Nvidia. (2020 - 2021).
The fault in question is related to the feedback circuit for the uncore pwm controller. A severed ground trace turned a differential amplifier into a voltage follower, sending 1.5v into v-core.
