Chicken straw mushroom and baby corn

A typical Chinese take away dish; straw mushrooms nearly always paired with baby sweet corns. These two vegetables have a complete different texture and taste. The straw mushrooms take a slight dominance in this dish. It is cooked with an oyster sauce flavour. Carrots and spring onion are used to add some colour to the dish. Below is my recipe:)
Ingredients
180g sliced chicken breast
half small can of straw mushrooms (cut the straw mushrooms into half)
3 baby corn (cut in 3 pieces)
20g sliced carrots
1 stalk of spring onion (cut into 5 pieces)
Condiments
1g salt
1g msg
1g sugar
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1 teaspoon dark soy sauce
dash of wine
1 tablespoon garlic oil (or scented or 1 teaspoon sesame oil will be ok)
100ml liquid
thicken with potato starch.
