IPS Quaiser Khalid is the Commissioner of Police, Railways, Mumbai, and is an officer of the Indian Police Service. He is an IPS officer from the 1997 batch with extensive expertise in law and order, criminal control, anti-insurgency operations, and megacity policing.

In this Josh Talks, IPS Quaiser Khalid shares his journey coming from a small village in the Araria district of Bihar to becoming an IPS Officer and serving in the Indian Police Service. He talks about how he studied in his early childhood days and the struggles he faced during his college days at Patna Science College and how he consistently improved himself to clear UPSC exam and grow in his life as an individual as well as an IPS Officer.
