Full HD footage of Continental Airlines 757-224 (Registration : N14102; Serial: 27292 LN:619) taxiing and taking off from runway 24 at Shannon Airport, Ireland.
This was flight number CO067 (Callsign : "Continental 67") whose destination was Newark Airport, New Jersey, USA.
As you can see the runway surface was quite wet at the time and the engines threw up quite an impressive spray as she departed.
This aircraft was delivered to Continental on 03/06/1994. It is powered by two Rolls Royce RR RB211-535E4B engines.
The New Boeing 787 'Dreamliner' prototype took off just before this aircraft on the same runway. Click here to see footage of the 787 takeoff - • Boeing 787 Dreamliner Prototype - Wet & W...
