Описание: The Stunner is a 96-well, low sample volume (2 μl sample volume) high throughput UV/Vis—dynamic light scatter instrument (DLS) ideally suited for B22/kD screening, as it is the only instrument that precisely determines the two critical measures required for B22/kD analyses - concentration and DLS. By eliminating the need for orthogonal methods for concentration determination, Stunner achieves B22/kD with less variability than other available methods. In this seminar I will describe the Stunner instrument, its high throughput design as well as ease of use. There will also be short primer on DLS for those who are unfamiliar with this potent biophysical technique. Included in this webinar will be B22/kD data created on the Stunner, presented using unmodified graphics generated directly from the instrument.
