Uploading this to give prospective Crosstrek buyers an idea of the cars handling. We scaled much rougher roads after this. No problems at all! This is a 2014 CVT and is completely stock.
This is the Superstition Wilderness area. FR 83, just South-East of Roosevelt Lake on the 188. We took this road up to Two Bar Ridge Trail #119. There's a beautiful camping spot on a hill at the end of the road.
