Are you playing Hytale on Linux and wondering how to install mods? In this video, I show you an easy way to mod Hytale on Linux using the CurseForge app, which has a native Linux AppImage.

Downloading and launching the CurseForge Linux AppImage
Browsing and installing Hytale mods
Automatically placing mods in the correct Hytale mods folder
Enabling mods in World Settings so they actually work
Verifying mods in-game (better map, ore visibility, UI info, and more)
Hytale runs great on Linux thanks to the Flatpak version, which uses its own bundled Java, making modding simpler than you might expect. I’ll also show where the mods are stored manually in case you prefer downloading mods directly from the CurseForge website.
