Описание: He was only two years old when we found him — swollen, exhausted, and abandoned. Ramón’s belly had grown to a painful size due to a severe illness called ehrlichiosis. Left untreated for months, he couldn’t even lie down to sleep. His “owner” ignored him, but we couldn’t.

We rushed him to Vet Nova, where he began treatment, draining the fluid that was suffocating his body. For the first time, he could rest. He started eating. He had hope.

But some battles are too big, even for the strongest souls. Ramón passed away just days after his rescue. But he didn’t die alone — he left surrounded by love, care, and dignity.

This is Ramón’s story. A story of suffering — and love. Of being seen. Of mattering, even if just for a little while.
