অন্তত ৩০টি আসনে ভোট গণনায় কারচুপির অভিযোগ এনে এসব আসনে পূনর্গণনার আবেদন করেছে জামায়াতে ইসলামী। শনিবার বিকেলে সংবাদ সম্মেলনে দলের সহকারী সেক্রেটারি জেনারেল জানান, এসব আসনের শপথ স্থগিত রাখতে ইসিকে আহবান জানিয়েছেন তারা। দৃশ্যমান ব্যবস্থা না নিলে আইনি পদক্ষেপ নেয়ার কথাও জানায় দলটি।

Jamaat-e-Islami has filed a petition for a recount in at least 30 constituencies, alleging vote rigging. The party's assistant secretary general said at a press conference on Saturday afternoon that they have called on the EC to suspend the oath-taking in these constituencies. The party also said it would take legal action if visible action is not taken.
