Описание: Automated sawing machine for the cutting of thin aluminium profiles. The profiles are automatically loaded from an pallet with extruded profiles. The machine will load the profiles onto a loading magazine. Continuous production was the main goal when engineering this production cell. To achieve this, the machine has a buffer at the loading side (in case a new pallet with materials has to be loaded) and a buffer at the output side. These machines will be working 24/7 for a large furniture manufacturing company.
