Separate the whites of 10 eggs, add a pinch of salt, and whisk until light and fluffy.
Gradually add 180 g of powdered sugar and mix with a mixer.
Add 4 tablespoons of milk and whisk with a mixer.
Mix 5 cups of flour with 2 packets of baking powder and 1 packet of vanilla, then gradually fold into the batter from bottom to top.Preheat the oven to 170°C. Pour the batter into the pan and bake for 30 minutes, keeping the oven closed for the first 25 minutes.For the cream, I’m using Decor Up, but you can use any cream you like 🩷.Chill the cream in the fridge for 2 hours until completely cold, then whisk until thickened.Once the cream is firm, add 370 g of condensed milk and mix until fully combined.I decorate the cake with chocolate, banana, walnuts, and raspberry jelly — it turned out so delicious! 🎂💜
