Now here's something I've never done before - reviewing an add-on from Precision Locomotive Developments. The GWR 'Hall' and 'Modified Hall' are steam locomotives that I've known about for a long time, not just because of 5972 'Olton Hall' and her connection to Harry Potter, but also because I'm a fan of Great Western 4-6-0s in general. It helps that I've now seen two Halls and one Modified Hall in real life.
