This is my 9 year old son who has fished with a rod and line before but this time he is learning how to pole fish with an elasticated 5M telescopic Carp pole.
The venue is Shorne country park in North Kent which has a good stock of Carp, Rudd, Roach, Crucian Carp, Tench, Roach, Perch and a few Ide and Chub thrown in for good measure.
This is available on a day ticket payable on the bank - £3 children under 16 and £6 adult.
Car park is £3 all day.
