After completing my 2 years in Capgemini, I started looking for a job change in the MIM(Major Incident Manager/CIM(Critical Incident Manager) domains)and the first call that I got was from Accenture. I decided to go with the opportunity. I had interviewed for the Application Tech Support Practitioner project(Critical Incident manager ) and I even got selected for the role. My joining date was January 2023.
