On October 6, a fire broke out on the fourth floor of a flat in Gandhi Vihar, Timarpur area of Delhi. Fire tenders reached the spot and managed to bring the blaze under control. When police inspected the site, they found the charred body of a man. The deceased was identified as Ram Kesh Meena, a UPSC aspirant who lived in the same flat.
