DISCLAIMER: Although David Ramsey ends up saying that he lost everything and was broken, he still affirms this as his testimony. Furthermore, he was broken not for his sin but because he lost everything. He goes to God saying he wants to do it Gods way because he lost everything and then studies the bible and reads other Christian financial gurus on how to make money. He is clearly still after money when he goes to God broken over losing his money. I don’t see any change there. Then he tells people to give to their mega church as a way of planting seeds and yielding a harvest. That is deceptively wrong. His course is endorsed by many mega church pastors and is heavily pushed in the mega church world so that they give money to the mega churches they go to. I honestly don’t see any difference before and after his bankruptcy. It would be different if he said I was lost and I was not truly saved, then I surrendered to Christ and stopped searching for riches but sought first the kingdom of God. It seems to me that he has made his new fortune by telling people how to make money according to his interpretation of the bible and the endorsement of mega churches.

In this video David Ramsey says that the reason why he became a Christian is to get rich, drive a Jaguar, by his wife diamonds and go on holidays around the world. Mega churches around the world ask this false teachers to come and speak at their churches, including Hillsong, and convince their congregation that they will become as rich as him if they give money to the church. These mega churches, filled with false teachers, prey on peoples greed and financial hardship in order to make merchandise of them. Modern day churches are almost totally corrupted by false teachers. Very few churches are biblical. The message of prosperity and greed is being pushed by false teachers such as Joel Osteen, Creflo Dollar, Benny Hinn, Kenneth Copeland, along with Joyce Meyer, Hillsong , Elevation church and all the rest. They are corrupted to the core!
