Beaded ropes have been popular with jumpers for decades. We especially like them for performing tricks, building endurance, and jumping in the cold. Although beaded ropes don't turn especially fast they are quite durable and can be very helpful with establishing rhythm and timing.
In this video, Shana Brady demonstrates how to shorten the new beaded jump rope from Punk Rope. Fortunately, the shortening process is similar with most beaded ropes regardless of the brand.
