Описание: I'm just back from a glorious five days at the Kent seaside. Here's a lovely newsreel story about a Kentish lifeboat and the folks who man (and woman) it.

Dungeness is the place, and the story concerns the Royal National Lifeboat there. They call it "the family boat" because two families, the Tart family and the Oiller family (wives as well as husbands) play a principal part in operating the station. Our pictures show a practice launch.
