Fentanyl bends people physically, as it does to its addiction, in what's known on the street as the "fentanyl fold." ... No other drug has ever done that -- not heroin or crack. It's always amazed me.

I spent time in San Francisco recently where the fentanyl fold is apparent in the area where open-air drug use and sales are tolerated. ... It's a sign of how prevalent are the supplies from Mexico of this drug, the more lethal we've ever seen, at least in these quantities.
