Noah Gibson was a 16-year-old student at Carver Vocational Technical High School before his young life was cut short over the holiday break. His mother vowed Monday, in her words, not to lose another son to the Baltimore streets.
Noah is the face of the city's first homicide victim of 2024.
Outside her home in west Baltimore, Shantrese Gibson, the mother of the young shooting victim, stood with the name behind the number.
"Just know my son's name was Noah Ezekiel Gibson and he was just just a big heart. He was lovable," said Gibson.
